For the 2026–2027 academic year, the European College of Parma, in collaboration with the University of Parma, is offering two Master’s programs aimed at graduates and young professionals interested in developing skills in the fields of European affairs, international relations, and cooperation.
The two programs combine online learning with in-person activities in Parma and offer internship opportunities with European and international organizations and institutions, in both the public and private sectors, as well as networking opportunities with academics, experts and professionals.
First-Level Master’s Degree in European Affairs and Policies (MEAP)
The Master’s Degree in European Affairs and Policies (MEAP) provides interdisciplinary training in European Union governance, policies and regulatory affairs, with a focus on legal, economic and geopolitical issues, as well as sustainability and innovation.
Co-designed and co-organized with the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Parma, the program provides students with the skills needed to pursue professional opportunities within the institutions of the European Union and in the broader field of European policies and affairs.
Upon completion of the Master’s programs, students will also have the opportunity to proceed directly to the second year of the Master’s Degree in Global Politics and International Relations at the University of Parma, thanks to the recognition of the credits earned during the program.

Second-Level Master’s Degree in EU-MED African Relations and Cooperation Policies (EUMEDA)
The Master’s Degree in EU-MED African Relations and Cooperation Policies (EUMEDA) focuses on relations between the European Union, the Mediterranean and Africa, with particular attention to geopolitical dynamics and cooperation policies.
The program addresses topics including international cooperation, development, migration and mobility, sustainability, energy, security, the environment and global health, with a strong focus on practical and professional skills.
Co-designed and co-organized with the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Parma, the program prepares students for potential career opportunities within European and international institutions, international and non-governmental organizations, public administrations and the private sector.
