It’s been a long wait. But now it’s time for Italian contemporary art to come OUT.
The exhibition Quadriennale d’arte 2020 FUORI, curated by Sarah Cosulich and Stefano Collicelli Cagol, presents 43 artists, in monographic rooms and with new works, bringing a new image of Italian art to international attention.
FUORI (OUT) is free from the constraints or categories that bound both art and individuals. Through the works and the journeys of the artists it presents, the Quadriennale d’arte 2020 intends to be OUT of its mind, OUT of fashion, OUT of time, OUT of scale, OUT of play, all OUT, OUT of place.
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and its network of offices abroad are collaborating with the Quadriennale in the global promotion of Italian contemporary art.
