The Italian Culture on the Net is a consortium of 12 Italian universities: the University of Bologna, the University of Catania, the University of Genoa, the University of Milan, the University of Padua, the University of Parma, the University of Pisa, the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Roma Tre University, the University of Salerno, the University of Turin, and the University of Naples L’Orientale. Since 1999, ICoN has been promoting the Italian language and culture worldwide through online education and innovative digital learning technologies.
For the 2026-2027 academic year, the ICoN Consortium is offering three partial scholarships covering part of the tuition fees for its Degree in Italian Language and Culture. The degree program is delivered entirely online through ICoN’s e-learning platform on behalf of its member universities. The scholarships are open to international applicants and Italian citizens living abroad who meet the admission requirements for enrollment at an Italian university. Applications must be submitted by September 8, 2026.
