Legal representatives of the companies which have submitted a bid will have the possibility to attend the public session, either personally or by duly appointing a designee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Please send an email by Friday the 6<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0at 3pm to <a href=\"mailto:ottawa.admin@esteri.it\">ottawa.admin@esteri.it<\/a> \u00a0to inform about your attendance by specifying the name of the attendee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Another public session will be convened for the opening of economic offers. The date will be further communicated on this same webpage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Questions &amp; Answers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Q.1: The invitation to bid refers to an Attachment 1 document.\u00a0 Please confirm it refers to the Annex-1 provided.<br \/>\nA.1: The invitation to bid refers to attachment 1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Q.2: The administrative dossier must contain a copy of ID of bidder. Please elaborate what exactly you\u2019re looking for. It\u2019s the company bidding on the RFP, not an individual. The proposal will be signed by our president and obviously holds legal authorization to bind the organization. Do we need to provide copy of the president ID or the Corporation tax ID, certifying the corporation is sufficient?<br \/>\nA.2: The signer\u2019s identity document is the identity document of the person who signs annex 1. The ID can be a driving license.<\/p>\n<p>Q.3: As a privately held Canadian company, the company does not publicly release financial statements or business plans requested in item f) of the administrative dossier. Please propose an alternate method to validate financial viability.<br \/>\nA.3 : One of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CRA statement of account,<\/li>\n<li>Equifax commercial,<\/li>\n<li>accountant-reviewed statement,<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0bank reference letter<\/li>\n<li>Or any other document where there is proof of financial viability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Q.4: Attesting a document with a notary public signature is an unusual request that may take us some time. We have a quicker access to a lawyer with an external firm that can certify our statements and declarations.
