Both the former and the latter promote, inter alia, researcher exchanges and joint research projects. The subsequent <a href=\"https:\/\/ambottawa.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/action_plan_italia_canada_21gennaio2015.pdf\">Action Plan Italy-Canada concerning Science, Technology and Innovation<\/a> signed in 2015 is focused exclusively on Science and Technology and the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governo.it\/sites\/governo.it\/files\/Roadmap_ITA_CAN-G72024.pdf\">Italy-Canada Roadmap for Enhanced Cooperation<\/a> includes several branches of Research and Development.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Scientific Attach\u00e9 at the Embassy of Italy coordinates and supervises science and technology cooperation between the two countries. Rajan Sawhney)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Canada is home to numerous Italian researchers (around 500 according to the Office of Scientific Attach\u00e9) working in both universities and research centers in several fields of knowledge. Although Italian researchers are present all over the country, they are mainly concentrated in the provinces of Qu\u00e9bec, Ontario e British Columbia, where two research associations operate: AIRIcerca Toronto Chapter, ARPICO. Their representatives are, respectively:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:emilia.luca@sunnybrook.ca\">Emilia Luca<\/a>\u00a0e\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:panciocca@gmail.com\">Valentina Marchetti<\/a>. In the area of Qu\u00e9bec, the CSIC organization is now operational. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.issnaf.org\/\">ISSNAF<\/a> is an organization whose mission is to connect young Italian researchers with the scholars\u2019 network in North America.
