Information and Services

If you are an Italian citizen in Canada or a Canadian citizen interested in going to Italy, you may require the services of the Consular Office of the Embassy or of one of the three Consulates General, in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.

If you are an Italian citizen who wishes to go to Canada, you may contact the Canadian Embassy in RomeEmbassy in Rome.

The Consular Office of the Embassy of Italy has territorial jurisdiction for the City of Ottawa, the Counties of Carleton, Dundas, Glengarry, Grenville, Prescott, Russell and Stormont in Ontario, as well as the Outaouais Region of the province of Quebec.

The Consulate General in TorontoGeneral in Toronto has jurisdiction for the rest of the province of Ontario, the province of Manitoba, and the Northwest Territories.

The Consulate General in Montreal has jurisdiction for the provinces of Quebec (except the Outaouais), Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and for Nunavut.

The Consulate General in Vancouver has jurisdiction for the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and for the Yukon.
