The European Union's Annual Short Film Festival (EUSFF) returns this year as a live event in Ottawa.
The event is a collaboration between the Canadian Film Institute, the Embassies of the EU Member States, and the National Cultural Institutes of the European Union (EUNIC). A collection of 22 short films from all over Europe, grouped in three 80-minute thematic programs, will be presented at the ByTowne Cinema starting at 1:00 pm, as follows:
- Saturday, May 21 - Modern Times
- Saturday, May 28 - The Life and Art Tango
- Sunday, May 29 - Family Ties
The Festival will open with the special participation of Ukraine, and the screening of Peace and Tranquility by Andrii Bondarenko.
The Italian film, The Perfect Photograph by Eleonora Mozzi, will be presented on May 29th.
