Appointments for the following services must be booked online via Prenot@mi, the new reservation system:
- Passport issuing
- Registration of civil status documents (birth and death certificates, marriage certificates, etc.), certification of signatures of notaries, translators or officers of Global Affairs Canada
- Visa services
